Your order is eligible for return if:

  • Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Original packaging, invoice, and certificates (if any) are included.
  • Product passes our internal quality check upon receiving.
Important: For hygiene and safety reasons, items showing wear, damage, alterations, or missing components may not qualify.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Customized / engraved / made-to-order jewellery.
  • Products altered or resized after delivery (by customer or third party).
  • Items with missing invoice, certificate, tags, or original packaging.
  • Damaged products due to mishandling after delivery.
  • Free gifts (if included) must be returned along with the product.

In many cases, customers prefer an exchange rather than a return. If you want to exchange your product for another design, our team will assist you based on availability and applicable conditions.

The return window starts from the day the product is delivered to you.

Do I need to return the certificate and invoice?

Yes. Invoice and certificates (IGI/BIS or any included documents) must be returned along with the product.

Can I return jewellery if I wore it once?

To qualify, the product must be unused and in original condition. Items showing wear may not be eligible.
